Clery Act Reporting
University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis reports and provides campus security information including crime statistics for campus and the surrounding area in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) as updated by the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 (VAWA), Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (Campus SaVE Act) and the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008.
Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
An annual report is completed every year by Oct. 1 containing three years of campus crime statistics.

Reporting a Crime
Crime reports may also be submitted for reporting under the Higher Education Act, or 20 U .S.C. 1092, now known as the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.

Daily Crime and Fire Log
Consistent with federal reporting requirements and in order to increase awareness about security matters, the University publishes a daily crime and fire log. The crime log records criminal incidents and alleged criminal incidents that are reported to the Security Services. The fire log record actual fires that occur in on campus student housing facilities either accidental, intentional or by unknown cause.
