HIRING UHSP GRADUATES

When you recruit talent from University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, you know you are recruiting thoughtful, ambitious and passionate individuals who will fit in at your organization. We value the opportunity to work closely with regional employers to develop long-standing relationships to meet your recruiting needs and connect you with the right talented candidate.

Connect with Future Employees

The University offers several resources and hosts events throughout the year to connect employers with students and alumni.

Post a Job Opportunity

UHSP uses Handshake, an online job board, to facilitate connections between prospective employees and employers. Create an account to begin recruiting by posting a job, internship or other employment opportunity.

Post A Micro-Internship

Micro-Internships allow your company to get on-demand, professional project support from talented students and recent graduates without the administrative burdens, allowing you to engage early talent in an accessible and appealing way.

Attend a Career Event

Get in front of students and alumni during University-hosted events, like presentations, an annual career fair, workshops and more, throughout the year.

Recruit at the Career Fair and Residency Showcase

Are you an employer who is hiring? Get in front of students at the Annual Career Fair and Residency Showcase. This in-person event is open to all organizations recruiting for full- and/or part-time jobs or internships, as well as post-graduate experiences including job opportunities, fellowships and residences. Alumni may use the code Alumni50 for $50 off the event registration. Contact Juliana Ferrara, career specialist, at careerservices@uhsp.edu with any questions.

On-Campus Recruiting

Employers are encouraged to take advantage of on-campus recruiting events to meet students and build connections.

The University has developed guidelines and policies to ensure an equitable and fair recruiting experience. Employers who engage in on-campus recruiting activities are expected to become familiar with the guidelines and policies annually and agree to accept and comply with the University’s recruiting policies.
