Important Information: University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy (UHSP) has entered into an agreement to become part of Washington University in St. Louis (WashU). This transition is occurring in stages and remains subject to required regulatory and accreditation approvals. Until the transition is fully complete, UHSP remains a separately and independently accredited institution, solely responsible for its own admissions decisions, degree conferral, and administration of financial aid. References to WashU on this page describe the pending transition and do not indicate that WashU has assumed these responsibilities. Read More.

Pharmacy Scholarship
We offer a pharmacy scholarship to all incoming admitted pharmacy students who meet the base admission requirements based on their prerequisite GPA. Pharmacy scholarships are renewable for up to four years as long as the student maintains renewable criteria set out in their scholarship letter.
Requesting a Scholarship Review
Sometimes things change — like updated grades or additional coursework. If you have new information that could impact your scholarship eligibility, you can request a review. When requesting a review, you will need to submit your updated or new information and any supporting documentation. Our team will carefully consider any updates you provide.
Academic Excellence Endowed Scholarship
The Academic Excellence Endowed Scholarship is a one-time $5,000 scholarship awarded in students’ first professional year.
Endowed Scholarships
In addition to your Pharmacy Scholarship, current pharmacy students can apply for endowed scholarship funding, which is funded by donors. Through this process, the scholarship committee connects students to more than 200 available scholarships to be dispensed for the following academic year. Criteria vary by scholarship.
External Aid Sources
Beyond the financial assistance the institution can provide, there are plenty of other resources you can explore to close the gap in funding your education, including grants, external scholarships and more. External scholarships are granted by local, regional and national foundations, businesses, charitable organizations, civic organizations and churches.
