Our Centers for Research

UHSP is home to a number of collaborative academic and research centers, founded in partnership with respected institutions like Washington University School of Medicine and Goldfarb School of Nursing. Through these centers, we’re working to advance research that meets the needs of the University and our community, establishing UHSP at the forefront of pharmacy and health sciences education and discovery.

UHSP’s neighbor to the east is the Cortex Innovation Community, a 200-acre hub of business, biomedical and technology advancement. More About Forest Park

A short five-minute walk from campus you’ll find St. Louis’ beloved Forest Park. One of the largest urban parks in the nation, Forest Park is home to free attractions such as the Saint Louis Art Museum, Missouri History Museum, Saint Louis Science Center and Saint Louis Zoo. In the summer, residents flock to The Muny, the country’s largest outdoor theater, for a series of Broadway-style musical productions.

The park also features tennis courts, golf courses, a winter ice skating rink and miles of pedestrian and cycling trails, making it a favorite destination for outdoor recreation.
