About the Agreement
Cost
For each Teach-Out Student transitioning to National Louis University from UHSP, the applicable undergraduate net tuition to complete required courses for graduation from National Louis University will be comparable to or less than what the Teach-Out Student paid at UHSP in his/her last year of enrollment at UHSP, with an annual tuition rate increase of no more than 3% in all subsequent years.
Credit Transfer
National Louis University will accept, to the maximum extent, practicable and academically appropriate credits previously granted or accepted by UHSP in accordance with its transfer, advanced placement, international baccalaureate, or dual credit policies, and will apply such credits toward completion of the applicable degree program at National Louis University to UHSP Teach-Out Students in good academic standing as defined by National Louis University.
National Louis University defines “good academic standing” for undergraduate students as maintaining a minimum undergraduate level GPA of 2.0. “Good academic standing” for graduate students is defined as maintaining a minimum graduate level GPA of 3.0.
