Student Fitness Center
The Student Fitness Center is the perfect place to stay active in between classes, relieve stress and hang out with friends in a welcoming environment. No matter your fitness level, the Student Fitness Center is available to keep you sharp mentally and physically.
It features top-of-the-line facilities, including a full range of cardio and strength training equipment and exercise classes.
- 10,000-square-foot recreation center
- Two-lane, 200-meter indoor track
- Recreational gymnasium
- Group exercise room
Students, faculty and staff are required to fill out the Student Fitness Center waiver prior to their first workout.
Fitness Center Hours
- Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Closed on Tuesdays from 9-11 a.m. for a course
- Friday, 6 a.m.-9 p.m.
- Saturday, 12-6 p.m.
- Sunday, 2-8 p.m.
Students may play, practice or hang out in the Recreation Gym located on the second floor of the Recreation and Student Center. Subject to closure due to staffing or scheduling conflicts.
Recreation Gym Hours
- Monday-Thursday, 3 p.m.-10 p.m.
- Friday, 3 p.m.-9 p.m.
- Saturday, 12 p.m.-6 p.m.
- Sunday, 2 p.m.-8 p.m.
To check out equipment, students must present their student ID at the Student Fitness Center front desk. Rental equipment includes basketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, pool cues, table tennis paddles and much more.
