South Residence Hall offers flexible, apartment-style accommodations for juniors, seniors, graduate and professional students who want more independence without giving up the convenience of living on campus. Choose a single- or double-occupancy unit or suite-style bedroom with shared living spaces. Both options come with or without kitchenettes. It’s up to you. South Hall lets you choose the floor plan that suits you best.
South Hall Room Options
SUITE STANDARD
Standard suites feature four single-occupancy bedrooms connected by a shared living room. Suite-style bedrooms contain a bed, desk, dresser and closet.
SUITE KITCHENETTE
Kitchenettes suites feature four single-occupancy bedrooms connected by a shared living room and kitchenette. Suite-style bedrooms contain a bed, desk, dresser and closet. Suite living rooms include two sofas, two chairs, two end tables and an entertainment center. Bedrooms are single-occupancy with four suitemates sharing a bathroom with a shower, toilet and double sink vanity.
SINGLE- AND DOUBLE-OCCUPANCY STANDARD
Standard double-occupancy rooms in South Residence Hall contain two extra-long twin beds, closets, desks with chairs, dressers and a bathroom featuring a shower, toilet and double sink vanity.
SINGLE- AND DOUBLE-OCCUPANCY KITCHENETTE
Kitchenette double-occupancy rooms contain two extra-long twin beds, closets, desks with chairs, dressers, a shared kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink vanity. Students requesting a single room will be housed in a double-occupancy space with two sets of furniture.
