Housing

The Health Care Summer Immersion Program is a residential experience that will allow students to get a sneak peek at what life after high school will look like. Being able to experience living in a residence hall prior to attending college is invaluable.

Students in the program will stay in UHSP’s North Residence Hall, within the Recreation and Student Center (RAS). The RAS is a hub of student activity on campus with sweeping views of the city.

It also features:

  • The University’s dining hall
  • Competition and recreation gyms
  • An indoor track
  • Student lounges with pool, ping pong and gaming stations

The residence hall features suite-style living, where two students will share one room, and that room is connected to another by shared common space.

Residence hall floors will be wholly dedicated to the Health Care Summer Immersion Program and each floor will be designated by sex.

The hall will be fully supervised 24/7 by the Health Care Summer Immersion Program coordinator and student leaders.

The team will be available to students for the entire program.
