Following the University’s recent announcement, we understand that there are still many questions about what this means for you. We are working diligently to get you answers as soon as possible. Information will be posted to this page as it is finalized.

What Does This Mean for Me?
There will be minimal disruption to your educational experience as we move through this transition. University operations and your coursework will continue as normal for the remainder of the spring 2026 semester, and University faculty and staff will schedule time to meet with you during the normal advising period to answer any questions you may have about your pharmacy education.
St. Louis College of Pharmacy will continue to function under UHSP through the 2026-27 academic year. For academic year 2027-28, following regulatory approval and the transition, the college will continue operations as part of WashU within its current facilities in the Academic and Research Building.
P3 & P4 Students
Current pharmacy students who are on track to finish their program by spring 2027 will graduate from St. Louis College of Pharmacy at UHSP. All pharmacy alumni, no matter their graduation year, will gain and retain WashU alumni benefits once the transition is finalized in July 2027.
P1 & P2 Students
Pending regulatory approval, pharmacy students who will graduate following the 2026-27 academic year will graduate from WashU St. Louis College of Pharmacy. All pharmacy alumni, no matter their graduation year, will gain and retain WashU alumni benefits.
