Jennifer Jabben, Pharm.D. ’20
Q. How has graduating during a pandemic impacted you?
A. Moving to a new state and starting a residency program during a pandemic has had its challenges, but it has pushed me outside of my comfort zone and challenged me to find new ways to connect with others.

Q. What is something you have learned about yourself as a student at the College?
A. I learned that it is okay to not always know the answers.
We put too much pressure on ourselves. We can succeed in life if we put our best foot forward with drive and determination.
This understanding has helped me to become a better person and health care professional.
Ivan Porto, B.S. ’17, Pharm.D. ’20
Q. What has been your favorite part of attending the College?
A. Several things! The opportunity to be involved in professional organizations was big for me, and definitely shaped my path going into my professional life.
Having professors who were interested and invested in our success was also helpful. I received a lot of great mentorship and advice from them.
Finally, being an orientation leader and foundations of learning instructor was really fun and a great growing experience for me!
