For Sponsors

• Sponsors will receive a packet in the mail that includes many of the items provided at the dinner each year:
  
  • Scholarship Report, including student recipient(s) and endowment balance (if applicable)
  • Fast Facts: A by-the-numbers guide to donor-funded scholarships
  • Response Form: An opportunity for you to support your scholarship(s) again for the coming year. You may also visit our secure giving form, select “other” from the fund drop-down menu and insert the name of the scholarship you would like to support.
• In lieu of the program booklet and the slides at the dinner, please feel free to download the 2020-21 scholarship listing. This contains all of the awards given this year.

For Students

• Students will receive most communications through email, so please be sure to check your UHSP email regularly. The items below will be mailed to you the week of the event, so please look for them in the mail. Note: For many of you that means they will arrive at your parent’s address, so please let them know and ask for them to forward to you.
  
  • Addressed, stamped post cards for sending thank you notes to the sponsor(s) of your award(s)
  • Letter including sponsor information
  • Certificate
