Do you need help from maintenance? Please submit all routine maintenance requests via work order. Routine maintenance requests may include:
- Light bulb replacement
- Furniture set up
- Room relocation
- Unclogging sink drain
- General living repairs

Report Emergency Maintenance
To report an emergency maintenance request, please contact Security Services at 314.446.SAFE (7233). Emergency maintenance requests may include:
- Overflowing toilet, sink or shower
- Repairing broken doors or locks
- Fire
- Gas leak
- Power failure
- Flood
